Hey NAIT Students!

I’m Mariam Arain, a fourth-year BBA Marketing Co-op student, and I’m thrilled to be running for NAITSA Senator! I’m not just a student—I’m also a passionate advocate and community leader. I’ve had the privilege of speaking to the Mayor and City Council about pressing community issues, collaborating with the Edmonton Police Service, and being part of Enactus NAIT, where I helped create projects that made a real difference in people’s lives.

I’m all about turning ideas into action, whether it’s promoting diversity, enhancing student resources, or planning engaging events. I believe that every student’s voice should be heard, and I’m committed to bringing your ideas and concerns in the Senate. Let’s work together to make our time at NAIT even more memorable and impactful!
