Hello fellow NAIT students, my name is Austyn Wilson! I’m excited to announce my candidacy in this year’s NAITSA student senate election!

I’m currently in my fourth and final year as a BBA Marketing student, like many of you when I first started at NAIT I had no idea what the senate did! They are required to approve bylaws, review and approve the annual budget, and provide representation oversight when it comes to the Executive Council. I believe my education here at NAIT has given me the tools to do this to the best of my abilities!

Now a little bit about me! Over the last year, I’ve really gotten involved on campus with things like the marketing club, case competitions, and other campus events which I have found to genuinely enrich my school experience! When I’m not at NAIT you can find me hanging out with friends, traveling, and during the months of September to May, I’ll definitely be watching hockey! But aside from that I am truly a yapper!
