Hello, I’m Julienne Marie Torre, a 2nd-year Business Administration – Marketing student at NAIT. I’m excited to represent and empower students at the Feltham Centre (CAT). Having experienced the challenges that students from diverse backgrounds face, I’m passionate about ensuring that every student’s voice is heard and supported throughout their journey at NAIT.

Reflecting on my past year at NAIT, I’ve seen the institution and NAITSA provide valuable support to students. However, I’ve also noticed gaps in information and communication that have prevented me from accessing certain resources. Thinking about my little brother, who will soon enroll at NAIT, I’m inspired to become a voice for every student who needs help but may not know where to turn. Other than being your Personal Student Advocate, I believe students deserve the following:

– End-to-End Student Support

– Inclusive Student Representation

– Student-Centric Services and Resources
